Jingling Communication Technology Brings You into the Bluetooth Era

The biggest characteristic of the information age is the more convenient and fast dissemination of information. It is precisely based on this that technical personnel are also striving to develop more excellent ways of transmitting information data.

Bluetooth, for mobile phones and even the entire IT industry, is no longer just a simple technology, but a concept. When the Bluetooth Alliance vowed to have a beautiful vision for the future, the entire industry was shocked by it. Putting aside the constraints of traditional connections and completely enjoying the unrestrained fun, Bluetooth promises us enough to lift people's spirits.

Bluetooth technology is an open global specification for wireless data and voice communication, based on low-cost close range wireless connections, establishing a special connection for fixed and mobile device communication environments. The program is written on a 9 x 9 mm microchip.

For example, if Bluetooth technology is introduced into mobile phones and laptops, the annoying connection cables between mobile phones and laptops can be removed and communication can be established wirelessly. Printers, PDAs, desktop computers, fax machines, keyboards, game joysticks, and all other digital devices can become part of the Bluetooth system. In addition, Bluetooth wireless technology also provides a universal interface for existing digital networks and peripherals to form a group of personal special connected devices far from fixed networks.

Bluetooth operates in the global 2.4GHz ISM (industrial, scientific, medical) frequency band. The data rate of Bluetooth is 1Mb/s. The time division duplex transmission scheme is used to achieve full duplex transmission. Use the IEEE802.15 protocol.

The ISM frequency band is a frequency band that is open to all radio systems, so using a certain frequency band will encounter unpredictable interference sources. For example, certain household appliances, cordless phones, car door openers, microwaves, and so on may all be interference. For this reason, Bluetooth has specially designed a fast confirmation and frequency hopping scheme to ensure link stability. Frequency hopping technology is the process of dividing a frequency band into several hop channels. In a single connection, the radio transceiver continuously jumps from one channel to another according to a certain code sequence (i.e. a certain rule, technically known as "pseudo random code"). Only the transmitting and receiving sides communicate according to this rule, while other interference cannot interfere according to the same rule; The instantaneous bandwidth of frequency hopping is very narrow, but by using spread spectrum technology to expand this narrow bandwidth hundreds of times into a wide frequency band, the potential impact of interference is minimized.

Compared to other systems operating in the same frequency band, Bluetooth has faster frequency hopping and shorter data packets, making it more stable than other systems. The use of FEC (Forward Error Correction) suppresses random noise in long-distance links. Frequency hopping transceivers using binary frequency modulation (FM) technology are used to suppress interference and prevent fading.

The Bluetooth baseband protocol is a combination of circuit switching and packet switching. Synchronous data packets can be transmitted in the reserved time slots, with each packet sent at a different frequency. A data packet nominally occupies one time slot, but it can actually be expanded to occupy five time slots. Bluetooth can support asynchronous data channels, up to three simultaneous synchronous voice channels, and can also use one channel to simultaneously transmit asynchronous data and synchronous voice. Each voice channel supports a 64kb/s synchronous voice link. Asynchronous channels can support asymmetric connections with a maximum speed of 721kb/s on one end and a speed of 57.6kb/s on the other end, as well as symmetric connections with a speed of 43.2kb/s.
